P\u0159ed pou\u017eit\u00edm informaci\u0301 za \u00fa\u010delem, kter\u00fd nen\u00ed uveden v t\u011bchto Z\u00e1sad\u00e1ch, v\u017edy vyhodnot\u00edm, zda je pot\u0159ebn\u00fd V\u00e1\u0161 souhlas. Konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u00fadaje mohou b\u00fdt poskytnuty k\u00a0Va\u0161\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1m na \u00fazem\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9 unie a nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed tak k\u00a0jejich p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed mimo toto \u00fazem\u00ed.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>PO JAKOU DOBU BUDU VA\u0160E OSOBN\u00cd \u00daDAJE ZPRACOV\u00c1VAT<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1m pouze po dobu nezbytn\u011b nutnou k\u00a0napln\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch \u00fa\u010del\u016f, pro kter\u00e9 byly shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bny, jako je dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00edch z\u00e1vazk\u016f, \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed spor\u016f a\u00a0pr\u00e1vn\u00ed vynucov\u00e1n\u00ed smluvn\u00edch povinnost\u00ed. Tyto pot\u0159eby se pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy \u00fadaj\u016f v\u00a0kontextu r\u016fzn\u00fdch produkt\u016f mohou li\u0161it, a\u00a0proto se skute\u010dn\u00e1 doba uchov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u011b li\u0161it. Zavedl jsem technick\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti Va\u0161ich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159\u00edstup jen pod heslem, pravideln\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, na kter\u00fdch jsou data ulo\u017een\u00e1, zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ochrany antivirem, firewallem, prost\u0159edky k zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdm osob\u00e1m p\u0159istupovat k osobn\u00edm \u00fadaj\u016fm a k prost\u0159edk\u016fm pro jejich zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>JAK\u00c1 M\u00c1TE VE VZTAHU K OCHRAN\u011a VA\u0160ICH OSOBN\u00cdCH \u00daDAJ\u016e PR\u00c1VA<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve vztahu k\u00a0mnou prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9mu zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed Va\u0161ich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f m\u00e1te n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed pr\u00e1va:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pr\u00e1vo na <\/span><b>p\u0159\u00edstup <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">k osobn\u00edm \u00fadaj\u016fm;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pr\u00e1vo na <\/span><b>opravu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pr\u00e1vo na <\/span><b>v\u00fdmaz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (\u201epr\u00e1vo b\u00fdt zapomenut\u201c);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pr\u00e1vo na <\/span><b>omezen\u00ed <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pr\u00e1vo vzn\u00e9st <\/span><b>n\u00e1mitku<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pr\u00e1vo na <\/span><b>p\u0159enositelnost <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00fadaj\u016f;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pr\u00e1vo <\/span><b>neb\u00fdt p\u0159edm\u011btem automatizovan\u00e9ho rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pr\u00e1vo podat <\/span><b>st\u00ed\u017enost<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Va\u0161e pr\u00e1va jsou n\u00ed\u017ee vysv\u011btlena, abyste si dok\u00e1zali ud\u011blat jasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edstavu o jejich obsahu.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Pr\u00e1vo na p\u0159\u00edstup<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> znamen\u00e1, \u017ee mne kdykoliv m\u016f\u017eete po\u017e\u00e1dat o potvrzen\u00ed, zda osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, kter\u00e9 se V\u00e1s t\u00fdkaj\u00ed, jsou \u010di nejsou zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny, a pokud jsou, pak za jak\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dely, v jak\u00e9m rozsahu, komu jsou zp\u0159\u00edstupn\u011bny, jak dlouho je budu zpracov\u00e1vat, zda m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo na opravu, v\u00fdmaz, omezen\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di vzn\u00e9st n\u00e1mitku, odkud jsem osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje z\u00edskal a zda doch\u00e1z\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed Va\u0161ich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f k automatizovan\u00e9mu rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9ho profilov\u00e1n\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo z\u00edskat kopii Va\u0161ich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e prvn\u00ed poskytnut\u00ed je bezplatn\u00e9, za dal\u0161\u00ed poskytnut\u00ed pak mohu po\u017eadovat p\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou \u00fahradu administrativn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f, a sice ve v\u00fd\u0161i 300 K\u010d.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Pr\u00e1vo na opravu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> znamen\u00e1, \u017ee mne m\u016f\u017eete kdykoliv po\u017e\u00e1dat o opravu \u010di dopln\u011bn\u00ed Va\u0161ich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, pokud by byly nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9, nep\u0159esn\u00e9 \u010di ne\u00fapln\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Pr\u00e1vo na v\u00fdmaz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jsem povinen vymazat Va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje pokud (i) ji\u017e nejsou pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 k \u00fa\u010delu, pro kter\u00fd byly shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bny nebo jinak zpracov\u00e1ny, (ii) zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed je protipr\u00e1vn\u00ed, (iii) vznesete n\u00e1mitky proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9 d\u016fvody pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, (iv) ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 to z\u00e1konn\u00e1 povinnost nebo (v) ve vztahu k\u00a0osobn\u00edm \u00fadaj\u016fm, k\u00a0jejich\u017e zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed jste ud\u011blil souhlas, tento souhlas odvol\u00e1te.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Pr\u00e1vo na omezen\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> znamen\u00e1, \u017ee po dobu jak\u00e9hokoli sporu \u010di nejasnosti ohledn\u011b zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed Va\u0161ich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, nesm\u00edm Va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje zpracov\u00e1vat jinak ne\u017e tak, \u017ee budu tyto \u00fadaje m\u00edt pouze ulo\u017eeny a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b je mohu pou\u017e\u00edt pouze s\u00a0Va\u0161\u00edm souhlasem nebo z\u00a0d\u016fvodu ur\u010den\u00ed, v\u00fdkonu nebo obhajoby pr\u00e1vn\u00edch n\u00e1rok\u016f.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Pr\u00e1vo vzn\u00e9st n\u00e1mitku<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> znamen\u00e1, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eete vzn\u00e9st n\u00e1mitku proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed Va\u0161ich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f. Pokud vznesete n\u00e1mitku proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed pro \u00fa\u010dely p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho marketingu, nebudou ji\u017e Va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje pro tyto \u00fa\u010dely zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b n\u00e1mitky proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, zalo\u017een\u00e9ho na dal\u0161\u00edch d\u016fvodech, bude tato n\u00e1mitka vyhodnocena a n\u00e1sledn\u011b V\u00e1m sd\u011bl\u00edm, zda j\u00ed bylo vyhov\u011bno a Va\u0161e \u00fadaje nebudu nad\u00e1le zpracov\u00e1vat, nebo \u017ee n\u00e1mitka nebyla d\u016fvodn\u00e1 a zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed bude pokra\u010dovat. Po dobu, ne\u017e bude n\u00e1mitka vy\u0159e\u0161ena, bude zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed omezeno.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Pr\u00e1vo na p\u0159enositelnost<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> znamen\u00e1, \u017ee m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo z\u00edskat osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, kter\u00e9 se V\u00e1s t\u00fdkaj\u00ed a kter\u00e9 jste mi poskytli, a kter\u00e9 jsou z\u00e1rove\u0148 zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny automatizovan\u011b na z\u00e1klad\u011b souhlasu nebo smlouvy, ve strukturovan\u00e9m, b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9m a strojov\u011b \u010diteln\u00e9m form\u00e1tu, a pr\u00e1vo na to, aby byly tyto osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje p\u0159ed\u00e1ny p\u0159\u00edmo jin\u00e9mu spr\u00e1vci.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Pr\u00e1vo<\/b> <b>neb\u00fdt p\u0159edm\u011btem automatizovan\u00e9ho rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">znamen\u00e1, \u017ee s\u00a0v\u00fdjimkou rozhodnut\u00ed (i) nezbytn\u00fdch k\u00a0uzav\u0159en\u00ed nebo pln\u011bn\u00ed smlouvy mezi V\u00e1mi a mnou nebo (ii) zalo\u017een\u00fdch na Va\u0161em v\u00fdslovn\u00e9m souhlasu, m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo neb\u00fdt p\u0159edm\u011btem \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho rozhodnut\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00e9ho v\u00fdhradn\u011b na automatizovan\u00e9m zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b profilov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pro V\u00e1s m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky nebo se V\u00e1s obdobn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem v\u00fdznamn\u011b dot\u00fdk\u00e1.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud m\u00e1te <\/span><b>p\u0159ipom\u00ednky<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nebo <\/span><b>st\u00ed\u017enost<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se ochrany osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f nebo <\/span><b>dotaz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> na mne jako osobu odpov\u011bdnou za ochranu osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f \u010di <\/span><b>uplat\u0148ujete n\u011bkter\u00e9 ze sv\u00fdch pr\u00e1v<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>kontaktujte mne pros\u00edm <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">na e-mailov\u00e9 adrese <\/span><a href=\"mailto:ferrata@absence.cz\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ferrata@absence.cz<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
