Via Ferrata
Sunrise course with breakfast
The course is intended for beginners without experience and advanced students.
Presence and support, both mental and physical, of the instructor throughout the course
The course includes:
• instruction on how to wear a via ferrata harness
• via ferrata movement instruction
• via ferrata climb lasting approx. 4 hours with approx. 1 – 3 triple ascents (depending on your strength)
• rental of a via ferrata set with a brake included, including a helmet
• breakfast (maybe scrambled eggs, by arrangement)
• information about the history and origin of via ferrata
• we recommend purchasing new gloves 500,-, or bringing your own, for hygiene reasons they are not lent
• presence of an instructor throughout the course
Participation must be booked and confirmed, and don't be afraid to call even 5 minutes before the start 🙂
To participate, good health is required, all restrictions need to be consulted. Climbing is not possible during pregnancy. It is necessary to consult for weight under 42kg and weight over 110kg (including overweight)

Equip yourself with:
• sportswear (knees should be covered)
• non-slip shoes (no sandals, flip-flops)
• small backpack (with waist or chest strap) for things
• drink (ideal 0.5L)
• candy bar, dextrose
