- Course content:
- Instructions for clothing and harness.
- Practicing movement on via ferratas.
- 4 hours on the via ferrata with 1-3 ascents, depending on your strength.

- Conditions of participation: Good health. Consult for weight under 42kg and over 105kg. Participation is not possible during pregnancy.
