Safety restrictions: good health is required for participation; all restrictions must be consulted. Climbing is not possible during pregnancy. Weight under 42kg and weight over 110kg (including overweight) must be consulted.
Our priority is that you don’t have to carry any complicated technical gear. We will rent you all the certified equipment right on the spot; just come in sportswear.
Safety on the rock is our absolute standard. Participation must be booked and confirmed in advance, and don’t be afraid to call even 5 minutes before the start 🙂
Equip yourself only with this:
- Sportswear: sportswear (knees preferably covered).
- Sturdy shoes: non-slip shoes (no sandals or flip-flops).
- Small backpack: a small backpack (with a waist or chest strap) for your things.
- Energy: sweet bar, grape sugar.
i
Climb time recommendation: the morning “Sunrise” option is the ideal choice for summer months. You will avoid high temperatures between 8 AM and 3 PM and the risk of heatstroke on Pastýřská stěna.
The meeting point for all course participants is always 5 minutes before the lesson starts directly at Pastýřská stěna.
